Fund Strategy
The Fund mainly aims to become a partner or the founder of venture companies through capital transfer or share transfer to joint stock and limited liability companies that have high growth potential and need to strengthen their financial structure. Provided that the risk arising from investments is limited to the amount of principal directed to the investment, it can also directly invest in organizations established abroad for collective investment purposes to invest capital only in venture companies defined in the Communique. It can be invested in capital market instruments issued by venture capital investment trusts and participation shares of other venture capital investment funds, as well as in shares of publicly traded companies that are venture companies that are not traded on the stock exchange.
