Fon Stratejisi
The founder is responsible for representing, managing, supervising the management and conducting the activities of the fund in accordance with the provisions of the rules of procedure and prospectus in such a way as to protect the rights of the holders of participation shares. The founder is authorized to make savings on the assets belonging to the fund on his own behalf and to the fund account in accordance with the legislation and rules of procedure and to exercise the rights arising from this. Obtaining external services, including portfolio management services, during the execution of the Fund's activities does not eliminate the Founder's responsibility.The fund portfolio is managed within the framework of the principles set out in the PIS Communiqué on collective portfolio management and the limitations contained in the Communiqué on the assets and rights that can be included in the fund portfolio.
