Change Of Address

By the decision of the Board of Directors of our company, Allbatross Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., dated 17.07.2025, it was decided to change the company headquarters address. Our new address was registered at the İzmir Trade Registry Office on 24.07.2025 and published in the Trade Registry Gazette dated 25.07.2025 and numbered 11379.

In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Capital Markets Board, this disclosure regarding the change of address is hereby submitted for the information of the public and investors.
