Cancellation of the Announcement Regarding the Fund Management Fee Change

Pursuant to the board of directors decision dated 14.05.2025 and numbered 2025/58 taken by our company, it has been decided to cancel the decision regarding the annual fund management fee change announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 16.04.2025 for PRU - Allbatross Portfolio Short Term Free (TRY) Fund, issued under Allbatross Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Free Umbrella Fund, of which we are the founder and manager, and to continue applying the annual fund management fee rate as 0.75% without change.
